I just visited Write Through ME. I love the idea of following a book from "germinating seed" to publication. It's a great site, as is your life blog and web page. Impressive work.

I will also note, the hard-copy book lover in me just LOVES the look of your blog...that yellowed parchment look that has such a warm feeling to those of us who love to still hold an old book in our hands. :)

I've added http://writethroughme.blogspot.com/ to my Blogroll for anyone else who wants to follow your progress. Good luck!

Debra,
I saw your post on Children's Writers and stopped by. I love your approach to the mosaic of writing. Somehow all of these phases of writing do come together to create a final picture. I love seeing your novel come to life through your background work on getting to know crabs!

My blog attempt deals with the journey to bring a first book through the publication process. You can check it out at http://writethroughme.blogspot.com/.

I thought about wordpress before I went with blogspot, and later I may try wordpress too. I love your results~
